Pastors Chris and Alisha are natives of Connecticut. They met and began their relationship while in high school and were married in 2005. Pastor Chris enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves while in his junior year and served for 9 years, including two tours to Iraq. During his service Pastor Chris attained the rank of Sergeant and was awarded a Bronze Star for service during his second tour in Iraq.

Pastors Chris and Alisha are both graduates of Southern Connecticut State University. Pastor Alisha received her B.S. in Psychology and is a Registered Behavioral Technician. She currently works as a Primary Therapist at a clinic for autistic children.

Pastor Chris received his B.S. in Political Science with a Minor in Economics. While working on his degree, Pastor Chris also studied and graduated from the Assemblies of God English Bible Institute in 2013. He continued his ministry studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, receiving a Certificate in Biblical Counseling in 2021 and his Master of Theological Studies in 2022. He was awarded his Certificate of Ministry by the Assemblies of God in 2019 and has served as a Certified Minister in the Spanish Eastern District since then.

Before coming to WOFCC, they both served in several leadership roles at the Radiant Star of Jacob Christian Church, AG in New Haven, Connecticut for several years. Pastor Alisha focused her service primarily with the Children's Ministry while Pastor Chris focused on serving in the Men's Ministry. In December of 2018, they were appointed as Senior Associate Pastors at Radiant Star of Jacob.

Pastors Chris and Alisha joined the Word of Faith Christian Center family as Senior Pastors on June 5th, 2022, after having served as Interim Pastors since January of 2022. They have two children, Christopher Javier & Isabella Rose. They are a family that is passionate about Scouting and their service to God.
